Teacher Supertool: A Useful Website that Helps Teachers to Make Interactive Games


   

         Welcome back everyone! As usual, I will post an article that is related to technology and education. 

      Today, we can find many useful websites that can help teachers to make the class interactive. And of the useful website is the https://www.superteachertools.us/. In this website we can create many kinds of game that can help us to take the students attention or even give several exercise using games. On the website itself, doesn't only consists of tools to make games but also tools to help us teachers to arrange the students seat, grouping, and many others. Here's the tools that can help us to arrange the class:


So, that's the tools that you can click, when you want to arrange the seating plan, grouping, timer, and ect. And what you need to do is just to click the tool you want to use, type the name/time allocation and the tool will directly help you, in arranging the class seats, group and timer. But, now we will focus on the tools that can help us to make games and help us to have an interactive class. 
    So, in the websites there are also several tools that can help us to make interactive games. The tools that can we use such as Jeopardy Style Review Game, Multiplayer Rocket Review Game, Who Wants to be A Millionaire, and Speed Match Game. And here's the game tools:

    And now, let's us discuss on how to make games using those four tools. Let's us start discussing it. 

    The first tool that we will discuss is the Jeopardy Style Review Game. This is how we can make a game using the Jeopardy game: 
  • Open the website.
  • Choose the Jeopardy Style Review Game. 

  • Then you will see this page, and click make a new game. 

  • Fill the game identity. For the password, it's not compulsory to be filled, but if you want, you can put the password for editing the game. After you finished, directly click "create the game!" 

  • Then you can type the questions and the answer on the place provided. 

  • Click save game. 

  • Go to play online on the top, and the page will become this way. 

  • When you want to start the game with your students, you can click start to play online and the code will be there and share it to your students, and you can directly play with them. But, don't forget to give the link to your students so that they can access the link and enter with the code. 
    
    Now let's us move to the other tool, which is Multiplayer Rocket Review Player. And this is how we can make a game using Multiplayer Rocket Review Review Player:
  • Click Multiplayer Rocket Review Player. 

  • Click create new game. 

  • Fill the data (for the password it's not compulsory, you can fill on it or not). Then create create a new game. 



  • Share the code to your students and click "start game live now". But, don't forget to share the link to your students so they can directly go to the website and fill the code.   
    And that's how we can make a game using the Multiplayer Rocket Review Game. 
    Now, let's move to the third tool which is Who Wants to be a Millionaire. Here's how we make a game using the game:
  • Click the tool "Who Wants to be a Millionaire"
  • Click create new game. 

  • Fill the data (as usual the password isn't compulsory, you can put the password or not).

  • Type the questions and answer. 

  • Save the game. 

  • And the game will be link this and what you need to do is just share the link to your students and they will directly join the game. 
    The game itself will be link the "real" Who wants to be millionaire and it's awesome. 
   
And now let's move to the fourth game which is called Speed Match. And here's the way on how to make the game using the Speed Match:
  • Click Speed Race game. 

     
  • Click create a new game. 

  • Fill in the data (the password isn't compulsory, you can put the password or not). Then create game. 

  • Type the questions and answer there. 

  • Save the game. 

  • And when you want to play with your students, share the link and the code. Then you can play. 

  • Here is the game looks like. 
    And that's the way to make the Speed Match Game. 
   
    That are the ways to make games using all the four tools that we have from the supertool website. You might get confuse when you read those steps because it seems that there are many steps that we need to do but actually it isn't at all. You can make the game easily as long as you follow the steps well and directly do what's written on the article above. And here are the examples of the games from each tools, so that you can have the imagination on how the game is going to be look like.

I would say that I agree with you, it's a very useful web for an interactive class. We teachers like a free website and I think the design of the web itself is kind of colorful and contrast, which is really engaging.
